I have been a client of American Medical Systems since the 1980s. I started out purchasing their software (called HORIZON) but after almost 20 years, I decided I needed to outsource so I called Bob and he told me they now had an Internet based system that my people could use to run the front office and they could file the claims and manage my A/R. Switching to their Internet system was the best move I ever made. I no longer worry about whether my people are doing everything they can to collect my money, and I no longer have to worry about maintaining a system. I really like being able to check on my schedule from home, plus my wife likes to go look at all the details about what AMS is doing on individual accounts so she doesn't feel like we've lost control.You just can't go wrong. They're always adding new features to their software that my staff finds useful and helps save even more time. I love it!
