I worked for this company as a manager and they do nothing but lie,. How they are are still in business is beyond me. They keep moving offices around when enough people complain about them. Do not let them use your home telephone while they are in your house giving you their dog and pony show. Pricing is insanely high then they begin a price drop campaign that is unreal. Hold out because you'll eventually get a decent price...but you are going to work hard for it.



Don't trust anyone. The sales reps are kept in the dark and don't know the extent of the lies. It's the ownership...whoever they are.



Make them pull a permit for windows in Jacksonville...it's the law.



This is a very, very high pressure sales organization. They do not make their own window. Make sure they install what they sold you. We had a lady in Daytona Bch buy impact windows but Revco put standard windows in. When the hurricanes hit a few years ago they were out of luck. Never pulled a permit on her house. What a shame.



I've been fighting against this company for years and will continue to fight them because they are dishonest and greedy.



Make sure they even have a license for your community. This includes south Georgia....especially Waycross, Valdosta, Kingsland....etc.



I can't warn you enough about these people.....do business with them at your own risk.







REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU ARE TOLD BY THE SALESMAN. THIS IS THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR HOUSE...WHETHER IT'S DONE RIGHT OR NOT.
