Welcome to Fit Camp and our Metabolic Resistance Training Program: If you're short on time but still want to fit in an effective strength training and muscle toning session—especially if your goal is fat loss—metabolic resistance training (MRT) is tough to beat. We use this training style, to maximize caloric expenditure while also increasing your metabolic rate. We provide personal or semi-personal training sessions. To our are personal training we provide heart monitors for all clients to ensure that their workouts are fine tuned to their fitness level. Our focus is to help build muscle tone to effectively raise your resting metabolic rate to keep you burn calories even why you are setting down at work. To accomplish this we use a wide variety of tools such as kettlebells, battling ropes, dumbbell, elliptical, boxing, squat machine, tractor tires and much much more.
