I moved in this community almost a year ago. I am very unhappy. I have noisy neighbors. My back neighbors smokes a lots and I can smell the smoke through my pantry. The ducks mess every where and you just can't help but step in in. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor talking clear ans a door bell ring. Yes MANGEMENT is a great team and very friendly but there are other issues. When Our lease up we will be moving. On week-end the trash dumster looks terrible. I will not recommended any one to move in this Community. Yes the rent is cheap, but you get what you pay for.
