Continental Village was a nice place to live. Till new management took over know the place is a mess. The pool is nasty i wouldn,t let my dog swim in it. The grass is never cut when the do cut it they blow it all over everything (mailboxes) trash is everywhere most of the lights are out so much for safety. So if you want to live there with high lot fees and in the dark this is the place for you .. Ps watch your step there is dog pooh everywhere..

the worse neighborhood ever! They manager is horrible. Stupid rules that they do not follow for empty lots. I do not reccomend.

I have lived here for over 10 years and it has been one headache after another. Last year they sold the park and now let the office manager run the park. Needless to say she is clueless about everything. There are many empty lots that are not taken care of and are overgrown. The old owners did monthly inspections and made her do her job. I would not recommend this park to anyone looking for a place to live.
