Great experience! Wonderful customer service from a friendly staff. I loved the variety of jewelry offered in different price ranges. I was able to find a necklace and earrings in my budget after visiting many other stores but now being able to find exactly what I wanted. They were patient in helping me select the perfect pieces. Would recommend anyone to visit this store.

They quoted me $25 to size a ring. When I went to pick up, they charged $45 cuz it was white gold. I had told them it was white gold when we brought it in... To make matters worse, it was the wrong size. Id asked for it to be sized between 5 and 5.25, and it didnt fit. I brought it back and they forced it down on their ring sizer so hard they scratched up the inside to show me it was at least a 5. They jammed it so much it stuck on their sizer and they needed to use lotion to get it off! When forced down that way (which damaged the inside of my ring) it showed a 5. Almost. The 3 jewelers i had check it after told me it was a 4.75. When I told them I needed the ring sized to a 5, they told me it was an additional $45 to have them fix it. When I argued they said theyd call police if I didn't leave their store. When my fiance went in to have them fix it and apologize for me, cuz he was sure id done something to make them act that way, they threatened to call the police on him as well!
