General Info
When it comes to Jacksonville’s waterfront restaurants, it doesn't get much better than Chart House seafood restaurant. Situated right on Southbank and featuring a unique architectural style, Chart House Jacksonville overlooks the city's gorgeous downtown riverfront and is one of the most interesting buildings in the city. Designed by famous architect Kendrick Bangs Kellogg and inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright, our restaurant was even voted as one of the top 100 buildings in the state of Florida. From our prime waterfront location, diners can spot dolphins swimming out front daily and catch the best views in town of all the boat parades and fireworks displays throughout the year. The St. John's River is the perfect backdrop for a romantic evening or stylish happy hour, all while sampling some of the most creative Prime Rib, steak and seafood Jacksonville has to offer.

This was the 3rd of 3 restaurants on the river we went to this week. The best. Excellent service, Very nice menu, Excellent quality.
Beautiful restaurant, good service and good food. My choice of scallops might not have been the best choice. Overpowered by a thick Teriyaki sauce, this $30 entree was lacking the flavor of the main ingredient. The 4 scallops were tender and would have been excellent without the sauce that made me wonder what I was eating. Our party of 8 received menus with our company name on it; a very nice touch. I think every one else's dinner was excellent from what they said. I traded scallops for tastes of what they had and it was good. The prices were outrageous, but given the atmosphere on the St. Johns River, I can understand that. If you have money to burn, go there. Expect fine service in a well decorated environment. Don't order the scallops unless you love heavy Asian sauces and don't care to taste what you order. I was a guest and didn't pay the check. If I was paying, I'd go somewhere else.
