I was behind on my mortgage do to the economy. I asked for their services and they want 1800.00 dollars for the service. I gave them 1000 up front and they sent a few letter and followed up me a few times. Once BofA put me on the hamp program lindsey sent me a letter asking for another 800 dollar since "your modified" however I explained to her that it was not final until they sent the the new loan docs. She agreed and several months later I was denied for the HAMP program. King and Donovan called me and said there was nothing they could do. They had my thousand and I was soon to be kicked out of my home. However I called sent letters and now my loan is modified. This company took my money and did not help me. Rip off!!!!!!!
