General Info
Chapter 13 bankruptcy allows you to consolidate your debts into one payment. Chapter 7 bankruptcy is most helpful for a person with a lot of unsecured debt, like credit cards, medical bills, or past due accounts. Loan modifications are currently being offered by mortgage companies as an alternative to foreclosure. A debt workout is accomplished by negotiating with creditors so that the creditor agrees to accept less than what is owed.

Provided by YP.comI have had the opportunity to utilize the services of King and Dolaghan over a several year period of time. I am a former Mortgage Banker with a 35 year business career. Hence, I am very sensitiveI have to the level of detail, ethics, and professionalism any company I do business with conducts itself. In every case, King and Dolaghan has provided the highest level of service while providing those services in a caring and compassionate manner. Many law firms may know the law and its application. However, King and Dolaghan has always gone to the highest level of taking the time to explain the legal aspects of several issues in a manner which makes them easily understood for everyone - regardless of their legal background. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and business associates.

Provided by YP.comFiling bankruptcy was a terrifying decision but after working with this firm I felt at ease. The attorneys explained everything in a way that was easy to understand rather than throwing out a bunch of legal jargon. They legal assistants were all courteous and professional. They answered every question I had and held my hand every step of the way. You can tell this firm really does care about their client's well being. I would recommend this firm to anyone who is considering bankruptcy or facing foreclosure.

Provided by YP.comI have referred several people to this firm. All of whom have had nothing but positive comments to say regarding the professional, knowledgeable & courteous service that they have received by this firm. They really DO care about the personal impact that undesirable financial situations create for their clients and their families.

Provided by YPmobileI was behind on my mortgage do to the economy. I asked for their services and they want 1800.00 dollars for the service. I gave them 1000 up front and they sent a few letter and followed up me a few times. Once BofA put me on the hamp program lindsey sent me a letter asking for another 800 dollar since "your modified" however I explained to her that it was not final until they sent the the new loan docs. She agreed and several months later I was denied for the HAMP program. King and Donovan called me and said there was nothing they could do. They had my thousand and I was soon to be kicked out of my home. However I called sent letters and now my loan is modified. This company took my money and did not help me. Rip off!!!!!!!
In responding to any review, I must honor my oath as an attorney to keep a client's information confidential. However, in general, loan modification is a lengthy process that requires the submission and re-submission of documents in a timely manner, as well as a trial payment period which must be strictly adhered to. If the client is unable to comply with these requirements, even the best attorney will not be able to suceed in assisting the client with a loan modification. We strive to provide excellent and personal service to all of our clients while maintaining realistic goals.
