Great service, They have been treating our yard for years never disappoints.
Great service for 17 years so far and getting better. Having total confidence in a strong clean honest establishment, B&B exterminators has provided quality service, giving me a safe bug free Home. One less thing to worry about,,, especially here in Florida, where termites strive… and other nuisance bugs that can become a major issue in and around Florida homes.

First class Pest Control company. Everyone I've dealt with at B&B has been great. I wouldn't use anyone else.
I had a problem with a dead lawn after returning from vacation, I called B&B, and was scheduled as soon as possible and my lawn is getting better and better everyday. I mean it is extremely reasonable to have to wait. No company is going to treat your problem and have it be fixed at the snap of your fingers. Be reasonable. I have them for my termite service, my pest control service and soon my lawn service. They're good people and if ever you actually have problem as far as service, call them, speak to the people in the office, if that doesn't work ask for the manager. They will gladly transfer you. Talk to them before you go out ranting about them on reviews. These people are trying to make a living and THEY'RE PEOPLE TOO. It's not like you're trying to reason with a machine. Check them out and take the risk for yourself. It's definitely worth it.
Run away !! This company is bad news !! Terrible service. If they get a hold of your name and address, they'll charge for you for things you don't give them authorization to do. Call ANY OTHER termite company in Jacksonville, but stay away from B & B. You've been warned.
It is unfortunate that this person feels as if they have been treated unfairly. It appears that there is a obvious miscommunication on our part. B&B does not and would not charge any of our customers for a service they did not authorize or contractually agree to. If there was an error made, all of our customer service representatives would have taken every step to satisfy this issue. In our 74 years in business we know how it important it is to maintain a trusting relationship with our customers. We make every effort to take care of their needs in a professional manner. We have never demanded to collect payment for a service that was not under contract. We would be happy to work with you on this matter.
