I ordered a dumpster from Arwood and during our cleaning process, we had made a huge mess and was going to clean it up after the dumpster was gone so we could get everything underneath as well, to my surprise, when I looked out my window, the driver was cleaning up the mess and sweeping the driveway. I've been really happy with my experience with Arwood Waste. Everything went according to the quote they gave me and I'd use them again for sure!

After leasing a dumpster for a month and a half, I ask them to pick it up first thing in the morning so I could get to work on time. They didn't show until the after noon when I wasn't home. They charged me $75 dollars for a "dry run" fee. I found out about this charge three months later in the form of a $5 interest fee. I live around the corner from their dumpster lot. Their trucks drive by my house every day even "first thing in the morning." They get $75 for driving by my house on the way back from work and then $5 for not telling me sooner. Sweet. I emailed and spoke with their reps asking for the charges to be dropped. No response back.
