i would not take my pet to them, even if it was dead! they price gouge you, over charge and then do not want to refund what they over charge you. they over charged me on a vet bill by 256.87 and told me they would send me a check for the amount. that was in 10/04/11 and i got a check from them today, 03/07/12, only because i threatened them with legal action and criminal complaint after their office called me and said i owed them money. their address is not southside any more, they were run out of there, there new location is 11512 lake mead ave. st#601 jacksonville, fl.do not take your pet to these people
