WORST collection agency EVER! Sent almost $900,000 in account to them. They only collected $6000. They lied! I was told that they didn't accept credit cards because of the liability, but their website has the option to use a credit card. They pocketed our money and then lied to us about it and refused to pay. We requested our entire inventory to be cancelled from them, just to have all mail and phone calls rejected or ignored. Just recently found out that they are still trying to auto-debit payments from accounts they confirmed were cancelled back. They are not members of the ACA. Do NOT use this agency if you want to see results. Make sure that the agency you choose is part of the ACA if you want to protect yourself and your company from possible exposure or lawsuits.

This company has filed a debt that we do not have and know nothing about to the Credit Bureau. They have not contacted us nor have we received any letters of any kind. It has caused us a lot of grief. This is the second time they have done this. The first time we received a letter to our business which we disputed as we do not owe them anything. Now they have reported us personally to the Credit Bureau without notification of any kind. I found out about this by getting my free credit report, otherwise I would never have known. This is very crooked.
