After several months of trying - and at least 6 visits to the store - I was FINALLY able to purchase a Whirlpool 25 CF SxS that was less than competitor's prices for new, undamaged same model. On my last visit I just happened to see one of the Whirlpool models I had been lconsidering and at a previously unseen low price. This was to replace a defective GE garage fridge and some cosmetic damage to the sides was unimportant - as long as the fridge was NEW and unused, new warranty, etc. The odd thing is that I had spoken once directly to the manager and given him and three other employees my card, discussed what I wanted and asked them to call - never did despite promising to do so. You can get a good buy there ONLY if you know what you are looking for, competitive pricing and are not in a hurry. Otherwise you will pay same as a new one at competitor's sales. Also, watch out for their extended service policies - very high in comparison to others, including those sold by manufacturer.

I purchased a Sony 60" rear projection TV last year from this store. The sales person led me to believe that the price was reduced and the product had minor scratches to the frame. After purchase, I discovered that Sears retail stores were selling the same product for $300 less "on sale". After several (at least 4) phone calls with the store manager, he finally decided to give me credit for the difference. Yet, he failed to give me a "reduced" price for the damage on the product. The Outlet store is suppose to give you a reduced price on returned items that Sears cannnot re-package and sell at their retail store. I will never shop there again!!!!
