The customer service sucks.!
i just want to say that Rachael at the Atlantic Blvd store is a genius, i had just about given up getting my reel spooled when she came up with a solution. she never got impatient and had one of the best attitudes I have ever seen at a sporting goods store. she is an example for all to follow and an asset to your company. i would hire her in a second.

All i can say is superb customer service.
Horrible experience Christmas eve...wrote it off to busy season, fluke maybe...had an even worse experience on Sunday Feb 5, 2012 5pm-ish. Their no problem return policy problem was an hour long ordeal. Middle aged blond supposed manager who we thought was trying to help us was too busy to even speak to us. We were made to feel like we were wrong, the enemy etc. Horrible way to treat people you want to come back. One salt and pepper bearded gentleman finally brought some common sense to the situation and finally helped us. OMG! Thank you Mr commonsenseman. Thank you for nothing middle aged busy woman behind glass for making me feel very unimportant! Horrible customer service on your part.
