      General Info

      Aaron The Upholstery Guy, is a family owned business and is a product of 4 generations of upholsterers. My great-grandfather built and upholstered furniture. My grandfather, Charles Rounsavall, learned from his father, but also enhanced his skill while serving in the U.S. Army. My father, Charles Rounsavall Jr., was raised in his father's upholstery shop, and began his career at the age of 12; he worked in upholstery all his life. He owned his own shop in Palm Coast, FL called Art Craft Upholstery for 10 years. My father, of course, taught me over the years before he retired. In October 2010 he helped me establish my own business as Aaron, The Upholstery Guy located in Satsuma, FL. Since that time, my father has had several health issues, and consequently takes more of an advisor roll in the company. My wife and I moved the business to Jacksonville in May 2014. At that time we also added another location in Ormond Beach in which my brother-in-law, Chuck Hiller, has his own shop there. We currently serve Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Flagler, Putnam and Volusia counties. We sell material, or we can use your own material on jobs. Give us a call for estimates anytime.

      Free estimates. We will also pick-up and deliver your furniture. You can purchase your material through us or you can supply your own. Our material selection includes but not limited to silk, polyester blends, sunbrella, vinyl, leather, manufactured leather, cotton, and velvet. We sell various sizes and types of foam which we can cut to size. We also sell upholstery supplies such as decorative nails, gimp, polywrap, etc.
