Mark and Juanita are the best in tax prep and planning I've ever known. Husband and I have dealt with them about 15 years. Mark is a genius; his I.Q. is probably in the 160s. He reads corporate financials like other people wish they could read. Both he and Juanita work fast, no errors, fixed price for individual federal taxes, and you're out of there before your coffee gets cold. As regards the dogs, Gizmo and Jelly are charming. I'm 62, and intend to stick with them until either they retire or I die.

I had been told by Travis Shaw, a CPA, that the owner of this company was a former IRS agent. That turned out not to be true. A man called Rob answered the phone who was extremely rude. He told me the owner was not a former IRS agent but a "former" CPA. You wonder why anyone is a "former" CPA? Why did he lose his license if he was a CPA? For example did he lose his license because of unethical conduct with someone's money. Was he misrepresenting himself to the public as a "former" CPA just to get business?. So I asked to speak with the owner over the telephone to confirm he was a former CPA before I went any further. Rob told me they didn't speak to anyone over the phone and I would have to take an hour of my valuable time and drive there in person just to talk to someone to confirm the credentials they claim. Rob's attitude was its our way or the highway and he hung up when I refused to drive to the business

At first glance you may be wary, it appears congested and dumpy....but it is all a part of their charm. You are usually greeted by a small yapping dog. But they get the largest returns for taxes. They definitely know their stuff and can find money that otherwise would not be recovered. They are fast and accomadating and will get to know you from year to year. I have recommended them to several friends and they had them review previous years and were surprised at the things others had missed.

I agree with the other person giving a review. They are terrific. I have used them for many years for my personal and business taxes. I have referred them to several individuals and companies that now use them and love them too. It is first come first serve, but don't worry about that, they are very quick, so the wait won't be to long. Any wait will be worth it. I won't go any where else. Matter of fact, I just looked up there number to give to someone else, which is why I decided to refer them here.
