I brought my car in to have the a/c looked at. During the course of an overall inspection I was informed there were some issues with the brake calipers and the rotors were worn. I opted for the minimal repair to ensure the vehicle was save, but when I picked up the car the additional work had also been completed, which greatly inflated the bill. While I was clear as to what portion of the work I wanted done, they either opted to complete the additional unwanted repairs to purposefully increase the charges, or they failed to notate what I wanted done. In either case they did not complete the work as expected, and as an added annoyance the a/c repair was only functional for a week. As they stated they would need to do another inspection to determine the cause (which should have been fixed initially), I chose to pass on another laundry list of repair items. Dishonest would be a strong word, but certainly not good about listening to their customers and doing what is asked.
