The first time I brought my boots to be stretched in the calf they over stretched 1 of them. These were Old Gringo cowboy boots that were worth over 300 dollars. I decided to give them a second chance this time with a pair, and I was told I would be called when they were ready. I never got a phone call. So I tried to call and see if they were ready and by this time they were closed until the day that I left. Very disappointed in the customer service and the overall craftsmanship of this shop.
