Why is there no way to give no stars or negative? Brought my pet here for treatment...for persistent diarrhea. The ONLY reason I brought her....and the ONLY thing they didn't treat her for, was for persistent diarrhea. Brought her a 2nd time, as the diagnosis the 1st time had absolutely nothing to do w diarrhea....but did they tell me that? No, of course not--that was too much trouble, apparently. Today I'm told "I had no idea it was as severe as it is." How much more severe can it be than "she poops explosive, liquid stool every single time she eats or drinks anything" ????? I had explained that she was defeating all over the house and wasn't going to be allowed to stay there anymore, that she had lost more than half her starting weight. "I'm sorry, I didn't make a notation of any of that." So not only did she not treat her, she didn't even take appropriate notes. And when she "apologizes," it is lip service only, as her body language, tone of voice, and facial expressions say the exact opposite. I have NEVER seen anyone in the medical profession act this way, or be as uncaring as this person is. If you want treatment for your fur family members, please run as FAR AWAY from this person as possible.
