noi wouldn't recommend no one to rent from mundt the apartment i was renting was infested with roaches some of the appliances was'nt working they do patch work only i've rather lived in my car instead no i would never recommend no one to rent from mundt.

Sorry but they cannot even get an actual rate from me. so i had to rate to submit my review.The services is not good at all actually the poorest and they DO NOT FIX ANYTHING,but will bug you about rent. The place I moved into was filled with bugs and holes in the walls,but i had to make it my own and fix up everything and get rid of the bugs. They didnt fix my thermostat my utility bill was higher than rent. I constantly asked them to fix something and they wasnt gone fix it until they asked me if i have paid my rent for the month i think its sad i would never recomend.anyone to rent from them as soon as my lease is up im leaving!

absolutely Horrible! We have rented from them for 3 years, and they never fixed anything. In the summer the temp in the house would be around 100 degrees. They said the unit was too small for the apartment, and they weren't buying any new units. None of the windows could open. Out of 4 kitchen drawers 1 worked. The one celing fan we had didn't work. Only 2 of our stove eyes worked. The place had no insulation, you could see outside through the cracks around and under the doors. We spent about $500 a month heating and cooling the place...Mundt rental properties is a slum lord dealer!!!

The property is easy to get into if you have income. No crediit is needed. The properties would be a lot better if they would fix things properly instead of patching up. I like these people because when you cant pay your rent at least they will give you a chance to get caught up. I do feel if they would spend money on the houses and duplexes and make them look presentable more people would be willing to pay and stay.
