Jackson TN drug and alcohol outpatient treatment clinic. We take care of patients with addiction to drugs and alcohol with a treatment plan that includes the physical, mental, emotional and social health of the patient in an outpatient clinic. Patients are able to remain at home and work while incorporating treatment into their daily lives. Our team is led by fellowship trained and boarded addiction medicine and family medicine physicians. In addition, we have a licensed clinical therapist with over 20 years of experience, knowledgeable social worker/case manager, and nurse care manager to help with all aspects of the treatment plan to guide patients to a durable recovery. Insurances are accepted including Medicaid, TennCare and Medicare. Serving the greater Jackson TN and Memphis TN areas, including Martin TN, Paris TN, Gibson TN, Medina TN, Humboldt TN, Milan TN, Dyer TN, Trenton TN, Henderson TN, McKenzie TN and surrounding areas.
