Healthy Families Southwest Tennessee, Jackson Madison County General Hospital program serves families in Madison, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Gibson, Crockett, Chester, Decatur and McNairy Counties. The program is free and voluntary, and enrolls families prenatally or within 3 months of the childâ??s birth.
