I've tired many gourmet cupcakes and I have to say theirs are the best I've EVER had! No kidding but the best part of HaliHannigan's is the staff, they treat you like family!

We love the people at HaliHann...

We love the people at HaliHannigan's like family! Our 2 year old son asks to go to "the cupcake place" everyday! My husband works near the store and picks up cupcakes for our family from time to time, they are always delicious!!! Thank you HaliHannigan's for being such a fun place to visit in Jackson!!

Extremely unprofessional would...

Extremely unprofessional would be the nicest way to describe this experience. FIrst of all, an order was placed ahead of time so there was ample time to double check the order. Secondly, when I arrived to pick up the cupcakes I was charged, when the bill was already paid. (Thinking that people are capable of keeping tickets in order, didn't question the double charge) The ONE star is given to the guy who helped me bring the two smallest boxes to the car. Thank you for that. When it got really ridiculous, was because they didn't even put the CORRECT letter on the cupcake?!?!? DOUBLE CHECK things! After speaking with the owner, no one was willing to drive less than a mile to fix the letter! While they did refund the money, it was a completely tactless way of handling a business. Being a business owner myself, I would have done anything in my power to fix the problem, especially if it was a minute away from my place of business. I will never recommend this place to anyone or purchase from this business.

The best way to describe this review is absurd! Let's state the correct facts here...The order, let's keep in mind that you didn't PLACE the order, was placed over the telephone. The person placing the order spoke with THREE people on three different occasions regarding this order. ALL parties understood the lady placing the order as saying she would like a "D" on her cupcakes (which we completed on fondant disks that, I would like to mention, she WAS NOT charged for because she implied her fiance was friends with my husband...this was not true). We were told afterwards the correct letter was "B". I'm sure anyone can understand the difficulty of hearing the difference between D and B over a telephone. Secondly, the order was to be picked up at noon. If it had been picked up at noon instead of 6pm, thirty minutes before the event, the error would have been discovered in plenty of time to be remedied. Another point to mention was that YOU, were shown the cupcakes prior to leaving with them and YOU didn't see that the "D" should've been a "B"??? You were charged erroneously, however, once this was discovered it was immediately voided (you were provided with that voided receipt) and the charge NEVER hit your account! Lastly, we were called about the "D"/"B" error eighteen minutes prior to your event starting. We were delivering a wedding cake to another event and asked, since you were right around the corner from us, if you could drop them by so that someone at our shop could fix them. The gentleman refused to do so. I was also told by the server at your event that the cupcakes WERE eaten! We offered a complete refund to the gentleman we spoke with...he returned our cupcake stand (which was loaned to your event free of charge), thanked us and left NEVER asking for a refund! The simplest thing you could've done, being that the gentleman refused to let us fix the error, would have been to take the fondant disks off of the cupcakes (again, they were not charged for them) and they would've looked perfect! We did everything in our power to make this order right for this couple, however, there are some people that you simply cannot please.
