Centennial Place is a private gated community located in North Jackson off of Old Humboldt road and Whisper Creek Drive. Rental properties only. Centennial Place will start construction on new 3 bedroom/2 bathroom - rental patio homes very soon! These homes will feature stainless appliances, granite countertops - custom cabinets and vanities. We provide lawn maintenance and a dedicated Property Manager as well as on-staff maintenance. Prices will range from $1100 -$1300 and a 1 year lease is required.
