I have used Alpha Appliance three times. I can't say enough about them. One, they show up on time. If they are delayed, they call you ahead of time to let you know. Two, they know what they are doing. They find the source of the problem and fix it at a very reasonable price. They give you the old parts to keep so that you can see what they replaced. No song-and-dance, no overcharges -- they just do what you expect them to do.
Excellent service. Out the same day. Didn't fix it the first time, but came back and did fix it the same day. Clean and professional.
