The Magnolia Speech School is a nonprofit school that offers a range of educational opportunities to students. It provides occupational therapy, behavioral management, language stimulation and sensory integration services. The school offers a variety of audiological services that include hearing evaluations, cochlear implant rehabilitation, auditory training, dispensing and maintenance. The Magnolia Speech School offers academic classes in audition, resptive and expressive languages, speech, reading, math, science, association method and social interaction. It also provides speech and language therapy, auditory processing, evaluation and assessment services. The school organizes various extracurricular activities, including therapeutic recreation, music and computer education. Additionally, The Magnolia Speech School maintains a parent-teacher association. Located in Jackson, Miss., the school is accredited by the Mississippi State Department of Education and Southern Association of Schools and Colleges.
