Been going here for years with multiple cars. Always trusted them and never felt taken advantage of. Was there 2/25/14 and all repairs were done right and at a fair price.

Being a woman, I am always concerned with mechanics giving me the correct information and not trying to overcharge me (Sorry guys, but you know who you are!) I have had that experience way too many times.Because of this I asked my son to take my car to these guys to find out what was causing all the noise when I went over a bump. ( I had already taken it to the dealer, who recommended new points on the front end suspension. ) At USA care care, they told my son it was a crack in the boot that was making the noise, but I could also get new points and it would help a bit as well. Then I took it in, and they told me the same thing, then also had me come over to look at the crack with the car up on the hoist.They also told me neither was a safety issue, and the crack in the boot-at the top, would not cause dirt to get into the boot. Being an older car, I skipped both fixes for now, but may get them done later. Now I always go to USA Auto. They told me the truth.
