I had never experienced a personal trainer in the past and I was a bit intimidated going into my initial session. All my fears were quickly erased when I met with Eve. She has a personality that make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Workouts are geared toward your personal goals and never have I felt pressured to perform beyond my capabilities. I am truly in the best shape of my life and look forward to going to the gym.
