The guy they sent out was fast and nice. He was out in just over an hour, but only charged for the part and 1 hour. Thanks guys. I hope i don't have to call again, but if I do I know you'lll hook me up!

I had a fantastic experience! My technician (Randy) was helpful, informative, and fixed our dishwasher in a way that saved me money. I wouldn't call anyone else!

the owner can be very short, however he always seems to get the appliance fixed, and usually has the parts, or by the next day at the latest...overall I've had wonderful service there, and continue to go, you don't have to break bread with the guy, just get your appliances back in working order...

Took our washer in to Jackson appliance- first they said that there wasn't anything wrong with it, then we told them AGAIN what it was doing and they said they would call back. Well, they never called back so finally we called them back almost a week later and now they had found the problem but couldn't tell us the exact part- just that it was the transmission... well the entire transmission is not broken. Then the guy got very short and hung up saying he was too busy. Too busy for a paying customer? The guy that we dealt with everytime was very rude, and not helpful (because he doesn't want to listen to you). Don't go here, we never will again.
