Work is outsourced & the Jackson office is expected to correct all errors made by the outsourced company. Jackson workers do not receive credit for their hard work making corrections, all the credit goes to the outsourced company who made the errors to begin with. The business normally hires part time workers, so you're lucky if you are eligible for benefits. If you are offered benefits, the deductions for employee + family is as much as your paycheck. The business has developed a revolving door over the past 10 years. Training is not adequate, it's either sink or swim.
