One of the WORST rental companies it has been my dis-please to rent from in my 46 years on this planet. I had a maintenance issue (leaky tub), they sent over their maintenance person who could not find the leak. He said he was going to go talk to his supervisor about what to do. I said go ahead, I really don t want to live in a construction zone right now, but it did leak enough to send water running all over my counter tops in the kitchen (downstairs.) Keep in mind there is a BIG hole in my ceiling from repeated flooding that needs to be patched. I got a letter in the mail saying I owed them $33 for an unnecessary maintenance call. It gets better. I called once with a WTF about the bill. It was the weekend, so I had to leave a message. Then, Still annoyed, I went upstairs to see if I could find evidence of a leak myself. It took me 3 minutes (I am in no way a maintenance kind of guy) to notice that the spigot on the tub has NEVER BEEN CAULKED and the spigot wiggles freely.
