Heaven help us all! They threw away my radiology report before I could pick it up, they refused to send me another copy, then, they also didn't send a copy to my physician's office per the instructions on the x-ray order! I have called 4 times today and no one answers at the switchboard. When I stopped by to pick up my report the first time, I had to wait for the receptionist to finish a personal phonecall. Is there no supervision at this hospital? If so, are they not doing their job, either? From what I have seen, this is more a playground than a hospital. I wish I were more than a patient....I would take measures to fire this staff and hire professionals that care about people and are grateful to have a job!
