Great Service and friendly employees

Okay, I have to brag on y'all for a minute. I ran out of gas over the weekend and called my regular provider, Ferrellgas, where I had to leave my number for them to call me back. When they did, they told me it was a 200-gallon minimum and it would be delivered by February 22! What?? So I told them to forget it and called Harold's, where a very nice lady (Judy, I think) answered the phone 1st ring, said their minimum is 125 and they'd have it delivered today or tomorrow. She even gave me a senior citizen's discount (which no longer offends me LOL). A couple of hours later, the truck backs in my driveway (not in the yard like they usually do) with a very nice man named Pete. He was very helpful, respectful of my property, we had a nice chat and he even gave me a couple of beautiful calendars. Customer service is still alive and well at Harold's and you now have a very warm new customer for life! I highly recommend them! No 800 numbers, no voice mail, no 2-week delay in delivery!

I've been using Harold's Propane for years, and it's one of the very best companies I've ever used. Prices are reasonable, the people are very nice and friendly, and the service is extremely quick and reliable. And their delivery guy Dan is one of the nicest, most dependable men I've ever known...he's even nice to my dogs!

Been using them for years, even though I don't use a lot of propane, only for cooking. Called to ask them to being $100 of propane as I have been out of work for months, as well as being a single mom and it is really all I can afford, especially close to the holidays. But certainly do not want to be unable to cook with 2 children in the house and they flat out refused, said it had to be at least $200+ or they would not deliver! Human kindness and consideration abounds with them, clearly. I hope they NEVER have to struggle and wonder if they will be able to even provide their child's next meal, much less be able to cook it! Of course they won;t, because they only care about themselves.
