Thomas C. Klusken founded K & S Tool, Die & Manufacturing in 1974. With more than 80 employees in three buildings, the company serves as a one-stop shop that offers progressive dies, draw dies, form dies, production stamping, laser machining, water jet machining, production machining, custom machining and fabrication. The tooling division was the foundation that the business was built upon. Growth in the industry provided the opportunity to expand the business with a metal-stamping department, laser/fabrication department and production-machining department. K & S Tool, Die & Manufacturing is located in Ixonia, Wis.
