Terrible! We were running slightly behind schedule to get to my husbands appointment so I called walmart vision to let them know we were on the way but stuck in traffic on route 13 and that we should be there in just a couple of minutes. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude! And she was like "where ever that is!" In connection to route 13 - I'm thinking to myself it's only the road your store is located on!! How does she not know where route 13 is! Then we get there and are exactly on time and she's like oh here they are. Then they poofed my husbands eyes 3 times and then they would not give him a script for contacts because his eye was red. Well HELLO you only proofed him 3 times! And when he was trying to explain to the dr that he has eye allergies and they are red during allergy season the eye doctor wouldn't listen to him and was like "I can fit you for glasses (which he already has but can't stand to wear) or you will have to come back later and she stated: "and I'm going on vacation and won't be back for a few weeks!" My husband had to get out of work early for this appointment and he never had a problem before at Walmart but the dr he saw before was no longer there and it was some dumb young girl right out of school that wouldn't fill the script because his eye was slightly red. Trust me we won't be going back there! He just got done with his appointment at another eye place and there was no problem getting contacts. That new dr is rude and just wanted to get out of there to go on her vacation. That's okay because they won't be getting our business again and hopefully others read this review and choose elsewhere!!

went there to see about getting my 90 yr old dads glasses repaired, or replaced. They didn't have a gram that would fit, and just said , nope can't do anything. Went to Visionworks and a wonderful gentleman glued the glasses and reinforced the bow. When I asked him how much, he said nothing, glad to help... NO MORE WALMART VISION FOR ME!!!!

Terrible! Thought I would save money but my glasses cost $350.00 and three weeks later when the pad fell off they charged me to repair!
