John Thomas Steakhouse offers "dry age" U.S.D.A Prime and Brandt Natural Beef. Each Piece of beef is turned by hand weekly and is stored in specially refrigerated meat coolers that maintain specific humidity, temperature and air circulation. By this process our fine quality beef becomes sweeter, more tender and acquires a taste that cannot be duplicated. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Best restaurant in Ithaca! I bring all of my out of town visitors there.
Well worth the trip. This set the bar for what steakhouse should be! Between the great food, fun servers, & amazing setting...we will remeber it for a long time. You can expect our reservations for next year well in advance. If you are thinking about it, DO IT. Everyone we saw was smiling and enjoying a great time! Thank you to the people who made it happen.
Local favorite of mine. Prices are a little high but the food and service are outstanding. Large portions on the side orders, love the John Thomas sauce.
