you are going to love this place. Ok the first one will hurt. But im telling you the feeling of all your pores being active and alive your body awakened. Doesn't matter if you are absolutely new or absolutely experienced. David will take you to the next level. Just remember when he says kill yourself he just means kill the self that came in there and couldn't do it. Walk out a new person that can do it. Got it. ITs the best hot yoga in Ithaca NY

The Real Deal

Downtown convenience--right around the corner from Gimme Coffee & State Street Diner.

Two flights of stairs--to warm you up before you even step inside.

It's plain, downhome, unpretentious yet simple, with a few photographs & such on the walls.

The practice room holds almost three dozen. It's neither so hot nor so humid as a steam sauna, but almost.

The first class hurts like hell unless you're SuperGumby, but even before a week, they start to hurt less & sometimes even feel good (especially after they're over).

The instructors generally keep the classes as much like Bikram's as they know how.

18 classes/week fit into most people's schedule.

The fabulously fantastic incredibly unbelievably unreal intro special is too good to be true but somehow is:

your 1st 10 days in a row (starting whenever you start, taking as many classes as possible or more) for can you believe just $ 10? If there's a better investment you've ever made with $10, please let me know what that is.
