I have had the WORST experience with this company. They don't return calls and are impossible to get ahold of. When I CAN get in touch, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. We still have not gotten a payoff for a totaled vehicle from an accident 3 months ago. I thought insurance companies were supposed to be helpful, this one has caused me nothing but worrying and headaches.
