My husband and I purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 at Evergreen Ford recently. We had an amazing sales agent, Mark, who helped us throughout the whole process but did not pressure us. We felt comfortable as soon as we set foot on the lot and found exactly what we were looking for and more. I had my 2010 Ford Ranger serviced. The service was quick and completed in record time The staff treated me very nicely. I guess the best way to describe the experience, they gave me the "Red Carpet Treatment.".

Jose was responsive via email, even on days off and was very willing to answer our questions. At the same time there was no pressure to buy.
