      They are thieves. I dropped so...

      They are thieves. I dropped something off and they never gave it back! I tried asking via email and over 3 days and 30+ emails back and forth trying to get back what is ours, still nothing!! Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever ever had in any retail setting in my entire life including being bumped at the airport!
