i had my car repaired in this facility. i had wanted to go to the dealer since the car was only a month old. The insurance company pressured me to go to this facility since it was recommended by them as well as other major companies. I went to pick the vehicle up one evening only to have to go back the next day to have the repaired part buffed out. This should have been done before the vehicle was delivered, after this was done I left. The next day it appeared to me that there was a coating on the windshield that I could not remove. It appeared to be some kind of overspray that also appeared to be on most of the car body also. Now remember that the auto is only a month old so it is very frustrating to have thjis happen. I went back to the facility to get the coating off the windshield only to have them use some abrasive pad to remove the coating, this lead to small noticable scratches all over the windshield. When I called the insurance company to complain about all this, they said they would replace the windshield, didnt want to do this since the car was brand new, so now I have to live with the mess. PS the original body fix was ok, just the aftermath was uncalled for. Maybe they are to small to do all the nsurance work they get.
