Customer service is non-existent. Total lack of communication skills. No call no shows should be expected when using this company. The technicians are fantastic, but over all this organization is a joke.

Have done business with this company for years and have never had a problem with any aspect of their service.Have always went above and beyond to help.
I was totally impressed with Michael's service when my refrigerator went on the blink. When they heard I had food that was at risk of spoiling, they got someone out to my house the same day. The repairman diagnosed the problem and did a temporary fix until a new part could be ordered. When the part came in they called to say the repairman would be out between 3 and 5 PM to install it; he actually arrived at 2:45. Now when was the last time you had a repairman arrive early for an appointment? Michael's service is outstanding; I would use them again and recommend them.
