Great environment, helpful people and fun to work out in. Especially the new aerobic instructor Krisy Currie. She makes working out fun!!!!! The downstairs gym is clean and newly remodeled. They have been around for almost 30 years in Ishpeming!!! Highly recommend checking them out

It now has a girls gym and has been updated downstairs and upstairs. The new owners are very helpful and nice and make you feel welcome. Its just what this little town needed!!!!
