I went to this dentist for a second opinion since my previous,now retired, recommended... Without detail of the scheduling misunderstanding the receptionist was very non sympathic with my situation of significant pain for several days. As I am a very strong individual I found myself standing there crying with frustration from days of pain. Topper was when I realized the Dr. was listening while receptionist disagreed on what was happening. How can you argue with the way a person feels and disagree that anything was wrong. I did get a answer from a perodentist that the impacted wisdom tooth extraction I had removed 6 days prior had a hematoma, dry socket, infection and inflammation. No wonder I felt the way I did. Wanted to share a bit of my experience so someone like me goes looking for good dentist they might take in consideration my story.

I found Dr. Parham to be an excellent dentist. Unfortunately, I gave him an NSF check which I will add that I took care of immediately. Also as unfortunate, he turned it over for collection and a warrant was issued for my arrest. I have spoken to his office numerous times and was assured that it was taken care and dropped. Its been over two years and I am still fighting this. His office still fails to take care of this. I am to the point where I am going to have to get an atty to fight it and may have to sue him for false arrest. I hate to have to do it, but I may be forced to because they just cannot get this cleared up even though I paid the bill immediately once notified.
