This will be the first time I have ever posted a complaint. I took my twins for the first time to this salon. My wife has taken them to other places but this was to be a father daughters day outting. We walked in and teen twins said they wanted to handle it all and I was there just to pay. They advertise walkins are welcome but unless you want to wait hours I would not go here. Apparently they had only one person doing walkins and he was out. So 30 mins later they call the stylist asking when was hecoming in. Then one of the other stylists starts asking my twins , have u washed ur hair. My twins say yes and she proceeds to say well when was that, last week, a day ago when. This was emberassing to them and totally inappropriate. They were simply try to stall since the stylist had yet to arrive. Tammy and co. sucks at making u feel welcome. Totally disappointed and pissed.

I have had my hair done by Tammy for the last eight years. I don't know of anyone who does a better job. I am always complimented by people I meet both on the color and cuts. She is a caring and highly skilled professional. Also, her prices are very reasonable compared to most salons.

I received a horrendous color from another salon and was distraught. Not only did Jon David reassure me, but I finally got the color I wish I had been born with!!
