  Paragon was selected to provide Systems Engineering Support on an on-call basis under a five (5) year contract. Services include, but not limited to, development and preparation of contract drawings, specifications, and cost estimates, which includes material quality takeoffs, construction milestone schedules, and other construction contract documentation. Work also includes additions and renovations at bus and rail facilities as well as non-revenue facilities.
