One crown fit poorly and when I asked Dr. Glenn about it, she said it might need a root canal. That is when I returned to my previous dentist for a second opinion. I have now had both crowns replaced by my previous dentist and no root canal. This appears to be a for profit practice. I filed a grievance with my dental insurance. An independent dental consultant determined the treatment failed to meet the minimum standards of acceptable and prevailing practice. Dr. Glenn agreed to return the benefit to my insurance and my payment to me. Three months later, still no payment. Beware of the crowns in a day.

Dr. Crespo was helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient in her use of time. I had my two front teeth crowned and they look fantastic! She was very gentle, and my procedure went smoothly with little pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a great smile!
