I have lived in Broadmoor Villas for 10 months, and I cant wait to move. The management think they are Head Of State. And that they can talk to anyone anyway. Next the smiles stop after you move in. The maintains isn't friendly and try to talk to you like a kid. Also the ants here will carry you away. And no help for the cold air coming into your house, that will raise you electric bill alot. You will get no help if you have a complaint management will go all around the issue. 2 months cant come fast enough for me to MOVE OUT. This is a old apartment complex, but the buildings are in bad shape. I have several cracks around and under my windows and water comes into my house daily. But all in all the ants are the worst. RENT AT YOUR OWN HEALTH.
