When The Greenhouse Closed, I could not find another Luxury Massage business EXCLUSIVELY for WOMEN in our area; so I knew what I had to do! I have a passion for caring for ladies who are hurting, and who just need some pampering too! I've been a minister's wife for 37 years and caregiving is all I've known nearly all my life! I did not know what chronic pain was until 1993 when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. This was what got me into massage. It was the medicine that turned my health around. I promised God if He would give me the strength to help others the way my massage therapist helped me, I would spend the rest of my life doing so! Well He did, and I've been at working at it ever since! I continue to train and learn, and take about 40 advanced hours every year. I've been very healthy for several years, and usually if I don't tell someone, they don't have a clue that I have FM! God had been so good to give me strength to allow me to do something that I love so much! One of the owners of Wane's Salon asked me if I would consider opening my business up with them, when i shared with her what I was thinking when I could not find another salon exclusively for women. Since she had been a client of mine, coming to my home for about 12 years, and knowing her integrity; I met her business partner, and prayed about it, and knew I had to just step out by faith and try! I am committed to helping you, and if I can't I'm committed to helping you get help! If I don't know how to help you, I'll tell you! I do my best to continue to learn, and invest in the best supplies and equipment and education I can! I want to be at the top of my field, and I absolutely love what I do! I'm committed to being present with you, caring for you at each appointment, tring to make it a worthwhile investment in your health and wellbeing! I will always give you the full amount of time you have scheduled, and usually a few extra minutes! I welcome your insight and want to hear from you. Your highest compliment to me is your referrals! I offer a $20 courtesy for every client you send me, that's off their first visit and your next one! Without having to go downtown or uptown, Wane's Salon is one of the best hair salons in the DFW area. Experienced, talented hairstylists and colorists that really seem to care about their clients. They also have a manicurist and waxing specialist on staff. Prices aren't overblown and neither is the hair.
