They service my pool on a monthly basis and man I don't know what they do but it is always crisp blue and clean all at a price I can afford. Needed some repair work done and being a single mom on a budget they were willing to work with me on making payments, interest free so my kiddos and I can still enjoy the pool. thank you A&E!!!

Hired these guys from a mail ad. They charge about 20% more than competition and want to be paid in advance but initially the work was worth it. After 1 month, I had to call them weekly to remind them to come service the pool. They actually went 3 months without showing up at all, then restarted after I called to inform them that we have not been serviced which was met with many excuses. The last straw was a pump replacement that was not completed and we never heard back from them to complete the job. The owner does good work when you can find him, but has no clue regarding service or quality. I spent more time managing them than I did my own job! Stay away from these guys and find a company that has strong references and that is "truly" reliable!

I scheduled him on Friday at 3PM - no show/no call. - I called him & he said his truck was broken & would come after 5. He said most likely needed to replace motor & I said to come see it before talking about just putting in a new one. No show/no call & he finally texted me saying running late. - I called again & he said after 6:30 but by then it was too late & said he would come in the morning. - Saturday morning no show/no call. He called on saturday evening & I texted him back saying to call sunday if he really wanted my business. No call. -Tuesday he called with more escuses of running late, etc, & against better judgement, I told him to come between 4-5. No call/no show., finally a text saying he didn't have my address. ( I told him Friday). We talked at 6:45 giving excuses & said he would be right over. -8:15 he calls & says GPS is broken. He shows up at 8:45 and takes almost 2 hours to clean motor mouth, replace 1 gasket & put casing on. $170 , Completely unprofessional
